Viral Tribe Formula Inc. Fulfillment Policy

At Viral Tribe Formula Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, results-driven marketing and advertising services. We continuously invest in updating our skills and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our clients receive the best possible outcomes. Our team works closely with ad platforms to make sure campaigns are optimized and compliant. Below is our fulfillment policy, which outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, disputes, and related matters.
Refunds
Once the Basic Fee is paid and our team begins providing services, no refunds will be issued for Basic Fees or Campaign Fees. Labor begins when we start setting up your campaign, and refunds will not be provided after that point.
This no-refund policy applies but is not limited to the following circumstances:
- Client's Facebook account is disabled. While we may assist in resolving this issue as a courtesy, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to resolve it with Facebook.
- Delays caused by technical glitches or errors on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat. These delays will not count against the client’s campaign time.
- Payment method issues, such as flagged suspicious activity, which may delay campaign start. In such cases, the campaign time will not be extended.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. However, please note that no refunds will be given for any services already rendered, including the Basic Fee and any pre-approved Campaign Fees.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any agreement with clients under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or failure to fulfill any obligations as per the agreement.
- Any actions that impair the credit or reputation of the client or our business.
If the agreement is terminated due to these reasons, the client will remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.
Disputes
At Viral Tribe Formula Inc., we are committed to transparent and fair dealings. Given the substantial effort and resources we put into each campaign, fraudulent disputes will not be tolerated. If a client fraudulently disputes a payment after services have been rendered, we will pursue legal action, and the client will be held responsible for all legal fees and associated costs related to the dispute.
Payment Obligations
Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds for the agreed-upon services. In the event of payment failures, campaign times will not be extended, and the services may be paused or suspended until payments are resolved.
